Now letís learn a few things about the places we plan to visit.

DAY 1.

We will leave Rombas by on Monday April 7th. After some hours spent in the bus, we will embark in Calais for Dover early in the morning.

DAY 2.

Our first stop for breakfast will be on our way to Brighton. We will have lunch there and we will start our tour by visiting the Royal Pavilion.

Thereís nothing quite like a bracing walk along Brightonís Seafront and the West Pier to clear heads and revive appetites !


Time goes by and our host families near Portsmouth are to welcome us. Enjoy your first evening in England and do not hesitate to chat with the different members of the family to learn more about their way of life or how they see the French !

DAY 3.

After a refreshing sleep, we will visit Portsmouth. Right now, we are going to have a closer look at HMS Victory.

You will be then allowed some time to go shopping in the centre of the city.

In the afternoon, we will visit the Maritime Museum located in Southampton where the Titanic and the Mayflower can be seen. May I suggest you to have a virtual tour of the city ?

Everyone will be looking forward to going to bed then.

DAY 4.

Now let's get ready to visit Beaulieu which offers a great day out.

There, we will have a picnic. Let's hope the sun will shine!

On our way back, we will stop to watch some animals. Do not make any mistake, you will not recognise any of your friends!


In the afternoon, we plan to visit the Medieval town of Winchester, its cathedral and the Great Hall and Round Table.



We will spend our last day in Great Britain visiting Arundel Castle.


DAY 5.

April 11th will be our last day across the Channel but before waving good bye, we will stop at Beachy Head to have a very long, long, long.... walk! No high heel shoes, please!

Direction, Dover where our boat awaits us : The holidays are over, back to reality!

DAY 6.

Our arrival in front of the is due early in the morning of the following day.
